Regular Office Hours
Our Regular office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please call during these hours for all routine matters such as appointments (both well and sick), prescription refills, referrals and health forms. Our office is open on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 8 a.m. until noon for URGENT care appointments only.
After Hours Services
Medical services are available to our patients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, for emergencies and urgent health concerns. If your child is sick or has a medical problem and you are not sure if it can wait until regular office hours, please call us at any time. Even when we are closed, you should call our office at 978-745-3050.
After hour appointments are available outside of regular business hours based on the needs of our patients.
When you call after regular office hours, our answering service will send your message to the on-call doctor or nurse, who can answer any questions and tell you what to do if your child needs to be seen immediately. A doctor is always on call if the nurse has any questions or needs assistance.
To schedule a routine, well child appointment, please call us during regular office hours. You may also contact us to schedule an appointment through Patient Gateway, our secure, electronic portal. PAGS encourages regular well child visits for all of our patients.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for your appointment. There may be paperwork or other administrative items that need to be taken care of prior to the visit.
If you call during office hours because your child is sick, you will either have a sick visit scheduled or you may be transferred to your Care Team voicemail. Please use Patient Gateway for non-urgent issues only.
We always try to schedule sick visits the same day they are requested. Because of this, there may be occasional delays when emergencies arise if there are more same day sick visits than usual. We apologize for any delays you may experience as a result of this, and we appreciate your understanding.
